European Master is completed at 2009 in Rome. After University, i have worked as Physical Education Teacher in Divjaka High School, in Lushnje at 2008. After that i have worked as a part-time lecturer, teaching Rithmic Gymnastic (Bachelor) on Sport Department at Sports University of Tirana (2009-2010). I got the degree “Doctor” in Sports Sciences (12.07.2017) on Faculty of Movement Sciences in Sports University of Tirana with theme, theme “Postural deviation and postural improvements in children aged 10-13 years old”.
The main focus of my studies and research is physical activity and health, specifically the impact of physical exercises on motor behaviors. Specifically, what fascinates me more are positive effects or the benefits of physical exercise at postural habits (i.e., promoting its values to increase children participation due to good posture education for their lifelong wellbeing). My research has been, and continues to be, focused on why is so important to keep the upright standing, which can be the risk factors that can alter posture maintainance and how to educate these postural habits via physical exercises. This research needs further studies to deliver in oder to specify and evaluate the prevalence of poor posture in children and how to prevent or correct postural deviation as soon as children’s development is not finished. My research vision is on motor development as an important indicator of appropriate growth and motor development in lifespan.
